Townhome holiday rentals in Gyeongsang-do

Super convenient location just few mins walk from Hongdae University Station Exit 6, which also connects to Airport Line from Incheon. 7 Eleven & GS25 around the corner as well. Quiet area from the hustle and bustle of Hongdae but still close enough to walk to the main shopping streets. Also has a nice park right near and we were able to see the many Cherry Blossoms. Place felt spacious and had all the required amenities including a washing machine which was great for our 9 night stay. Easy check-in instructions and host was super helpful. Highly recommended!

형제들 6명이 오랫만에 거제.통영 2박3일 여행기간 불편함없이 잘 지내고 왔습니다. 다음 기회에 또 이용해고 싶습니다. 지아들에게도 추천합니다.

숙소는 깨끗하고 한옥스러운 멋이 있으며, 작은 정원이 있어 잠깐 나와서 숨 돌리기 좋습니다. 화장실은 깨끗하고 적절한 수압의 샤워기가 있고 따뜻한 물이 잘 나옵니다. 바닥 난방도 좋고 구비된 냉장고도 차가워서 좋습니다.

모든게 만족스러웠어요. 아이들과 함께 좋은 시간 보내고 왔습니다. (다만 복도에서 숯 토치로 하면서 나오는 이상한 가스 냄새가 방으로 다 들어와서 밤마다 그게 좀 머리가 아팠어요.) 그거 빼면 수영장도 좋고 깨끗해서 좋았어요.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Même petit, tous les équipements y sont, cuisine avec ustensiles, sdb et toilettes privatives, et même une TV grand écran. J'ai tout de même trouvé le prix un peu élevé pour ce lieu, mais je n'ai pas regretté le payer malgré tout.

건물 자체는 오래되었으나 리모델링 및 인테리어가 아기자기하고 깔끔하게 되어있어서 기대했던 것 보다 훨씬 좋았어요. 테라스 밖으로 보이는 바다도 아름다웠습니다. 야외 바베큐하면서 바다가 보이고, 밤에는 알전구가 켜져서 어쩌다보니 캠핑감성도 즐길 수 있었습니다. 다음에는 카라반 숙소도 이용해보고 싶어요. 바베큐장 옆에 미니 주방이 있어서 간단한 조리도구와 양념을 사용할 수 있고, 숙소 바로 근처에 도보 이동 가능한 편의점이 있어서 필요한 물건은 바로 구할 수 있습니다. 차로 조금만 이동하면 수산시장이 있고, 사장님이 대게 맛집도 추천해주셔서 해산물 원없이 먹고 왔네요. 숙소가 한적한 해안도로 바로 앞이라 아침에 바다보며 산책하기도 좋고 아늑하고 평화로운 분위기가 있어요. 연휴에 너무 잘 머물다 갑니다.

Overall I'm satisfied with my stay:) If you spend a lot of your time outside and just need a comfortable place to rest, this is a great choice. I was initially a bit concerned about sharing the house with two other guest rooms, but it turned out to be no issue at all. I also stayed during one of the coldest days during this winter, but the room was still very cozy and warm, which was really nice. The bathroom is also cleaned frequently, which I appreciated. While the place can feel a little dark at night, it's close to the main streets, and I felt safe throughout the stay. The host is also super kind and responds very fast.

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at Jason's villa! The condo itself is quite spacious and tidy, with bonus views of some of the 2018 Olympic structures, and within an easy 15 minute walk of all the restaurants and shops at Alpensia. It was easy to find and Jason was very responsive when we had some questions after our flight was delayed on arrival. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely return in the future!

이번 설 연휴에 가족들과 함께 다녀왔습니다. 전체적으로 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 1층 화장실이 너무 작았던 것과, 현관문 들어갈 때마다 비밀번호를 입력해야 했던 것이 조금 불편하긴 했네요. 물론 그만큼 보안은 더 잘 되었으리라 봅니다. 밖에서 바베큐 해먹는 곳도 방풍막이 잘 쳐져있고 거실에서 왔다갔다 할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 한겨울이고 하필 많이 추운 날씨에 가게되어 밖에서 오래 즐기진 못했지만 바베큐장도 너무 분위기있고 좋았습니다.

깨끗하고 좋았어요! 침실, 화장실도 다른곳과는 다르게 많아서 좋았습니다

군위 사유원 관람과 휴식이 이번 2박 3일 여행의 목적이었고 사진에 보여진 것처럼 아늑하고 깨끗한 숙소에서 친구들과 잘 쉬고 돌아왔습니다 구석 구석 호스트 분의 감각이 엿보이는 멋진 곳이었고 조식용 빵과 음료,,, 맛있는 캡슐커피까지 너무 좋았어요~~ 노후 건물을 리모델링해서 도시재생사업의 일환으로 진행하시는 취지도 너무 마음에 들었습니다

The property is situated on top of a hill so the surrounding was quaint and peaceful. The house itself is spacious, hosting an endless amount of amenities, large bathrooms, and the heated floors were a surprise bonus for the chillier mornings and evenings. My family and I had a great time and we’d rebook again for any trips to Anseong.

군더더기 없이 라이트 베이지 톤으로 통일된 깔끔한 4개의 방과 4개의 화장실, 가족친지들 모임에 최적화된 공간! 루프탑 넓은 공간에서 시원한 바람 맞으며 숙소 앞 가게에서 사온 바다내음 가득한 해산물을 먹으니 모두가 행복 가득!! 대가족 모임에 적극 추천~^^

InSoo is by far one of the nicest hosts I’ve ever met. He’s incredibly attentive and always willing to help however he can. He gives off a warm, friendly “uncle” vibe that instantly made me feel at home. During my trip, he even offered to store my luggage while I traveled to Busan and before my late flight, which was a huge help. I highly recommend staying with him if you’re looking for a place near the Gangnam area, especially if you want to be close to the clinics.

This was our second time at this place and we can still recommend it. This time during winter however, the bathroom was really cold. This is the only negative point we have. Other than that, everything was fine! Cinema, shops, supermarket and cafes are all in walking distance. Really comfortable.

친구들이랑 분위기 좋은 숙소에서 고기구워 먹으면서 시간을 보내려고 찾아본 숙소인데 정말 마음에 들었습니다! 숙소가 정말 깔끔하고 앞의 뷰랑 전체적인 한옥느낌이 너무 좋았습니다! 많이 힐링하고 간것 같아요 그리고 호스트분도 친절하셔서 걱정이 1도 없었습니다. 다음에도 한번 더 방문할 생각 있습니다:)

I absolutely loved staying here. The apartment is so stylish and the roof top is amazing. So much is offered for free (tea, water, food, advice) and you really feel like you are deep in the belly of Seoul and the wider Hongdae area. I would live here!

Location was superb and central to lots of places. It has a homey vibe and was clean to live in! Space in the living area was also big enough for a group of 6 to hang out. Rosy is very responsive and constantly communicates with us. Will highly recommend to stay in this airbnb :)
