Monthly Rentals in Hacklete

Lovely cottage full of thoughtful touches. We stayed for 3 nights with our two young children. They loved crossing the footbridge to get to the house. We walked a little bit of the coastal path and drove the 10 minutes to Bosta beach which is beautiful. When we had a small problem with the heating Simon came immediately to help out.

5 Crulivig is situated in the most idyllic of locations - nestled beside serene Loch Barraglom, surrounded by the wonderfully wild colour pallette of ochres, slate blues & hazey purples of the surrounding moorland. Together with all the animal wildlife, it makes 5 Crulivig an absolutely stunning place to be! The cottage itself is very well appointed, immaculately clean and delightfully cozy - just the ticket! Both John & Dolina were very friendly, generous and always on hand to answer any queries. All in all, 5 Crulivig is a fabulous spot from where to go on to explore the rest of the wonderful Western Isles.

We had a great stay here and Gillian was a fantastic host. It is a great area very close to supermarket, and lots of lovely walks around the area. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay, and really enjoyed our time here.

Wonderful stay! The pod is lovely, comfortable and there is everything one may need Excellent position, Lewis island is really beautiful and fascinating. The communication with Maryann was easy and it was nice finding home baked cakes and things for breakfast!
