Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

The house is located in the beautiful South Palatinate in Hagenbach, directly in the border triangle, for swimming and Alsace. It is equipped with three bedrooms, a living room with beautiful tile stove and large conservatory, a guest toilet and a bathroom with shower and bath tub. There is also a party room with a bar, pool table and small lounge for social evenings. A sauna is available in the outdoor area. The energy cost flat rate for use per day is €20.

Beautiful, modern apartment in a quiet location, about 3 km to the DM-Arena (New Trade Fair), 400 m from the forest, shopping and restaurants on site, bus stop 200 m away. Large beautiful garden that can be used by arrangement. The apartment is located in the basement of a 2 family House, however, has many windows and has a pleasant indoor climate. Cuddly in winter and cool in summer:) 2 dogs live with us in the house.
