The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.

Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop, town center, Aqua Nova adventure pool, grocery store, cross-country ski trail, walking trails, bakery with cafe, restaurants…. The partly over 400-year-old house, which was originally used to produce dairy products, has been extensively renovated, with the result being a feel-good oasis of modern comfort and rustic coziness. We would like to rent our house to considerate guests who appreciate this gem.
