Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Welcome to your apartment in our house built in 2022. Enjoy the easily accessible location, even in winter, the comfort of the private entrance and the parking space at the house. Your equipment and shoes will fit in the lockable ski room with boot dryer. Your apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV and Wi-Fi. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop, town center, Aqua Nova adventure pool, grocery store, cross-country ski trail, walking trails, bakery with cafe, restaurants…. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.

The Alte Sennerei Lechleiten is a lovingly renovated holiday home for ideally 6 but a maximum of 10 people. The partly over 400-year-old house, which was originally used to produce dairy products, has been extensively renovated, with the result being a feel-good oasis of modern comfort and rustic coziness. We would like to rent our house to considerate guests who appreciate this gem.
