Train station, bus stop and bike rental in the immediate vicinity as well as the underground parking space (only small cars, see 'access for guests') simplify the stay.

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dining area and a living room. The two bedrooms and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a balcony with a beautiful view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift.

Enjoy the fantastic view of the upper Lech Valley and the surrounding mountains. Start your hiking or cycling tour right at your doorstep. The cross-country ski trail in winter is only two-three turns away. Everything else can be easily reached by bus - bus stop about 200 m away.

The Parsenn ski lift and the Wäldele-Egg cross-country ski run are only a few meters away.

The partly more than 400-year-old house, which originally used to produce dairy products, has been extensively renovated, with the result being an oasis of well-being out of modern comfort and rustic coziness.
