Our apartment has 4 beds in the large kitchen with dining area and separate bedroom and bathroom with shower. It is about 30m to the lake. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the ground floor. The open, bright living, kitchen and sleeping area with unobstructed views of Lake Hainer can become the center of your holiday together. Hainer See is part of the Leipziger Neuseenland and is located in the municipality of Kahnsdorf in a relaxed environment with lots of nature.

The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

In apartment 4, the question arises as to what the bigger highlight is: the brilliant panoramic view over the lake. Or the overwhelming rooftop terrace that you won't tire of enjoying. This fantastic tiny house is located in the middle of the nature. Between wide meadows and a forest there are lakes where you can also swim. The view from the large panoramic window on a wide meadow is fantastic. On the edge of our idyllic property you have an area for yourself. Next door there is a little garden with herbs and chickens. In the tiny house, underfloor heating on cold nights provides cozy warmth. The perfect spot for a break in the great outdoors!
