This wonderful home offers a South facing private pool in the gated community of Southern Dunes overlooking the golf course. Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club is regarded by many who live & work in the area as something of a "Hidden Gem". This sentiment is now echoed by many regular snowbird visitors to Florida who come back year on year. Very convenient for LegoLand, Lakeland, winter sport training sport camps & renowned Heart of Florida Hospital. Note: no cleaning fee or departure chores.
