Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Haleiwa

Charles Place was perfect for for my family. The outdoor space was amazing , we sat outside almost every day to enjoy the beautiful weather, view, and we loved the BBQ and fire pit to sit around. All bathrooms were stocked with stuff that you sometimes forget on vacation. The beds were very comfy. Kitchen was very modern. We loved the water filter attached to the sink this made it easy for us to get water at anytime. The space comes along with plenty of beach supplies for 8 people which was very nice. The local beach was only a 5 minute drive from the property. Not a lot of restaurants but honestly the drive around the island was beautiful which distracted you from the drive time. Charles is an amazing responsive host which made it very easy to express any questions we had . We will definitely stay again if we come back to this island. Thanks for the great stay !

This place was perfect for our quick stay for a funeral that was at the bay 4 minutes away. The house was well equipped, comfortable and clean. The back porch was a great place to relax after a long day at the beach. The AC was a refreshing change after a hot day. Oh and the beds were super comfortable. We would highly recommend.

Let me give the pros and cons... First, the cons: Oh, wait. There weren't any. Kerstan and her host team were phenomenal communicators from before we arrived. Directions were clear and concise. The house looks exactly like the pictures. The beach supplies were endless. We had everything we needed for our beach days. The first two times I visited Oahu, I stayed in hotels in Waikiki. This visit was a family vacation, and I wanted something more peaceful. This definitely hit the mark. Though far from large, touristy areas, there is a local supermarket, Starbucks (which pleased our teenage daughter), and numerous local takeout spots. We thoroughly enjoyed Aloha Poke and L &L BBQ. The area is a great spot to rest and relax. On your drive in, there are many nonhoused people in tents along the beach, but we never felt unsafe. The neighborhood is in a gated community and felt very secure. Thanks, Kerstan, for a wonderful experience. We appreciate all of your thoughtfulness.

Deserves all the five stars in every way. A beautiful house, thoughtfully stocked and very clean. The backyard is beyond beautiful. The whole place is truly a private resort. Soaking in the hot tub looking at the jagged mountain with out-worldly beauty is just surreal. My little one had plenty to discover and play with among the beautiful flowers and plants in the backyard (she wanted to stay there forever). Leilani was very responsive, the instructions manual was detailed and helpful. Local spot recommendations were excellent. The place is in a very safe, quiet and gated community with friendly and helpful security. If you need a quiet and memorable stay away from the noise and crowd of Waikiki, this is the place for you. The place is close to many quiet and beautiful beaches with stunning sunset views. Will definitely stay here.

I cannot recommend this host enough!!! I had a wonderful time and this host was the reason. I originally had reservations with Grand Welcome of Hawaii Oahu. However, we were met with a dirty room and roaches and had to immediately find new accommodations two days into our vacation. We loved the area of Ko Olina and wanted to stay. This host had an available villa right next door at the Marriot property. I immediately contacted him in the hopes that he could make it happen even with such short notice. To my amazement and satisfaction, he responded immediately and took all the necessary steps to ensure an easy check-in and flawless stay for the rest of our vacation. I will be using him for any vacation destinations he may have property at. I couldn’t be happier and more appreciative with this company and highly recommend anyone looking for an Airbnb to consider using them.

Clean, comfortable space within walking distance to downtown Waikiki. Host was very responsive with excellent suggestions for transportation.

Loved this place my second time here. Great location and great amenities, the check in staff are very helpful and love that someone was there to answer questions about the area. Thank you Wendall and Bridgette will be back.
