Beachfront holiday rentals in Halki

Byli jsme ubytovaní v době velkého požáru. Hostitel s námi velmi dobře a rychle komunikoval a dodával informace o stavu požáru. Přivezl nám i vodu, když byly obchody díky této situaci zavřené. Hostitel příjemný. Ubytování odpovídá fotkám. Bylo uklizeno. Jediné s čím jsme se potýkali, byla hromada mravenců a schránka na klíče,která nešla otevřít.

Ich kenne die Unterkunft wie sie vorher ausgesehen hat. Kiki und Vassoula haben aus dem Apartment ein Schmuckstück gemacht. Viel Liebe in allen Details gesteckt und auch dem alten Traditionellen Styl treu geblieben. Ich möchte mich nochmals bei euch dafür bedanken. Es war wieder für uns wie nach Hause kommen. Jetzt habe ich auch wieder Lust immer wieder nach Halki zu kommen.

Perfekter Familienurlaub: Gennadi liegt ca. 1 Stunde von Rhodos Stadt entfernt im Süden der Insel. Somit weit entfernt von den vielen Touristen. Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Es ist Kies und Badeschuhe sind sehr empfehlenswert. Unsere Kinder sind aber viel barfuß gelaufen und das war auch gut. Wir hatten den Strand im Oktober für uns allein, so viel Ruhe, so ein Luxus! Wir haben viele Ausflüge unternommen: Altstadt von Rhodos Stadt (1 Stunde), Akropolis von Lindos (30 Min), Tsambika (45 Min), Charaki (30 Min), Burg von Monolithos und Fourni Strand (45 Min), Sieben Quellen (45 Min). Alles ist mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Viele weitere Strände sind in der Nähe. In Gennadi waren wir mehrmals bei Mamas Kitchen essen, dort gibt es sehr gutes Essen und es ist sehr kinderfreundlich dort. Die Kommunikation mit Alexandros war schnell und sehr freundlich, danke für den Wein bei unserer Ankunft! Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen, vor allem wegen des tollen Strandes!

Wir haben uns sehr spontan für Kitesurfurlaub auf Fanes entschieden und sind auf diese Unterkunft gestossen. Für diese Art von Urlaub ist die Immobilie perfekt geeignet (2 Gehminuten vom Meltemi-Kiteclub entfernt, viel Platz und Gartenschlauch vorhanden). Die Unterkunft war deutlich besser, als auf den Bildern dargestellt (sehr hell, super ruhige Lage, Sicht aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang, 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche & Toilette). Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass sich die Klimaanlage im Wohn-Essbereich befindet, und es im Schlafzimmer daher recht warm war. Zudem war zu Beginn ein etwas feuchter Geruch im Cottage vorhanden. Ein Auto ist sehr empfehlenswert, da sich die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 20 Gehminuten Entfernung befinden. Wir würden definitiv wieder in dieser Unterkunft verweilen.

Die Lage des Hauses ist unschlagbar schön. Jeden Morgen haben wir den Blick aufs türkisblaue Meer genossen und sind vor dem Frühstück darin geschwommen. Faidra kümmert sich schnell und verständnisvoll um die Wünsche ihrer Gäste. Wir möchten wiederkommen, sobald es geht. Danke Faidra!

Top Lage direkt am Meer. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aufs Wasser und die Nachbarinseln. Ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Wegen der Steine sind Badeschuhe zu empfehlen. Zum Glück war die Kitesurfsaison vorbei und der Wind nicht mehr so stark wie im Sommer. Das Haus ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles steht zur Verfügung. Sehr sichere Umgebung. Grossartig war Ioannis als Superhost. Immer schnell erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Wir durften früher einchecken und viel später auschecken da unser Flug erst am Abend startete. This apartment is fantastic. It is clean and comfortable and the location is outstanding. The kitchen is very well equipped but there’s no need to cook as there are plenty of cafes and tavernas to choose from. The water taxi that takes you to Kania beach is right in front of the property. The other two beaches are within walking distance. Although the property is on the waterfront it is quiet. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by and we can’t wait to return.

My three boys (20, 17 and 17) and I had a great time here. The location is perfect, a stones throw from the beautiful quiet beach and a short walk from some really good friendly Greek restaurants. To top it off: a pool - decisions, decisions: pool or sea today! The Villa was perfectly functional and clean and best of all it had air con in every room.

Our week in Michael’s beautiful villa was made all the better by his fabulous advice and recommendations. The beach is so incredibly close with two great beach bars. It is pebbly so beach shoes help but water is crystal clear. The village is a slow 5 min walk & has the best supermarket and green grocers I have ever seen. The bakery has fab coffee & delicious traditional and artisan bakes. The village comes alive at night with restaurants- a weeks not long enough to try them all & we ate out every night! Special mention to Mama’s (amazing pizza- did take away one night, eaten on beach watching sunset!) On Kiotari beach (12 mins) Sirocco was brilliant- 5euros for the most comfy Sun bed & waitress service -authentic, fresh & v reasonable. That’s all before the beautiful villa! Everything has been considered, from all the kitchen equipment you could want to so many areas to chill, read, or be sociable. Superb bathrooms, AC, sea view balconies, comfy beds & Michael, the perfect host!

Super schöne Villa. So wie auf den Bildern. Überall Mückenschutz im Fenster. Genialer Pool. Traumhafter Blick. Waren im Oktober hier (2 Erw. und 2 Kinder) - wunderbares Badewetter und menschenleerer Strand. Empfehle Badeschuhe, da Kiesstrand. Trotz der himmlischen Ruhe noch tolle Restaurants in der Umgebung geöffnet. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, wenn man per Auto unterwegs ist. Super Kontakt mit dem Vermieter… rundherum ein perfekter Ort, um sich wohl zu fühlen! Ganz herzlichen Dank - wir empfehlen es gern weiter. Andrea & Familie

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa. Die Kommunikation mit Daffy war problemlos und er hat stets innerhalb von Minuten geantwortet. Beim Check-In wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten und Geschirr ausgestattet. Zum Empfang war gekühltes Wasser, Gemüse für einen Salat und Wein vorbereitet. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Très chouette séjour à la villa Costa Gennadi, nous étions 6, la maison est très bien équipée, la proximité avec la plage est parfait, et l’emplacement en général est parfait pour ceux qui n’aiment pas les zones agglomérées de touristes, nous allions dîner dans le village à 15min à pied et la plage était quasi à nous (très peu de monde, parfois personne). Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet Airbnb 🙂

We had an amazing time with our family at this place. The villa was exceptional. The host was very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Super séjour à la villa Imerti.🤩🙏🙏 Les hôtes sont très disponible et réactif. Ils nous ont conseillé, nous avons pu arrivé avant l'heure. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer 1 bon séjour, il y avait un frigo rempli, avec des fruits, des boissons et des sucreries 🤩 et avec de belle surprises 💚 Le jaccouzi était parfais...ainsi que les vélos, il y a tout ce que vous avez besoin. Si je reviens à Rhodes se sera à la villa Imerti😍 Notre vol retour a été annulé et ils nous ont proposé de nous héberger gratuitement, c'est très généreux de leur part. Merci ppur tout

Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und nahe zum Meer. Das Haus ist liebevoll und mit allem was man im Urlaub benötigt eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gemangelt. Da wir nur zu zwei angereist sind war es auch sehr grosszügig bemessen. Der bereitgestellte Vorrat an Lebensmitteln war sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Το κατάλυμα του Πάνου ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας! Πρόκειται για ένα ολόκληρο σπίτι, παραδοσιακό με μοντέρνες πινελιές και όμορφη ανακαίνιση και καλόγουστη διακόσμηση! Περιλαμβάνει όλες τις ανέσεις, με δυνατότητα να μαγειρέψουμε, να πιούμε τον καφέ μας, υπήρχε πλυντήριο ρούχων και οτιδήποτε απαιτείται ακόμα και για πολυήμερες διακοπές! Το μπαλκόνι υπέροχο! Άμεση πρόσβαση σε εστιατόρια, καφετέριες, σούπερ μάρκετ, σε 2 λεπτά όλα στη διάθεσή μας! Ο Πάνος εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, το δε προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και ευγενέστατο! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

La maison est spacieuse, bien aménagée et idéalement située pour les voyageurs qui aiment passer leurs vacances loin des foules. Les plus de cette location : - plage de Gennadi toute proche à pieds et sans tourisme de masse (pas de parasols ni de sports nautiques) - le village de Gennadi (accessible plutôt en voiture car un peu loin à pieds) propose les commodités essentielles - les restaurants restent ouverts même après la haute saison touristique (tout du moins ils l'étaient encore début novembre) contrairement à ceux des stations balnéaires - l'endroit est sauvage ; il y a des chevaux dans le champ voisin et nous avons eu la chance de voir également des cerfs - les hôtes réservent un accueil chaleureux à la remise des clefs A savoir : la maison donne sur la route d'accès au sud de l'île. Pour notre part, çà n'a pas été dérangeant, mais comme il n'y a pas de portail, mieux vaut surveiller attentivement si vous venez avec des enfants en bas âge.

This was our second stay at Sofia’s house and we absolutely loved it again. The location couldn’t possibly be more beautiful, with the stunning Ftenagia beach just a few metres away. The outdoor seating area is perfect and the views are just breathtaking. Sofia couldn’t do more to help us and always ensures we have the perfect stay. We were so sad to leave this special place. We love the house so much that we’ve booked it for our wedding weekend on Halki next year. Thank you again Sofia, we can’t wait to be back soon!

Wonderful holiday house in a nice area near to the sea. Well equipped. Host very friendly. Nice views from the terrace and from the balcony.

we are a couple who like to travel always. last ten years every summer we spend some weeks at dodecanese islands. we stayed very good houses and hotels. But Zoe's home was the best place we stayed. the house have a sprit. Decoration gorgeous, house design lovely. historical house in a new summer house design. perfect. We spend a week in chalki. last 3 day was at Zoe's house. And after discover her house we left going to the beach:) Because it is lovely to swim in front of the house. Or drink a cup a wine watching sunset. And Zoe i think she is a talente designer. And i believe this house must be one of the airbnb design house soon. We didnt see Zoe, but Haris, Panos helped us and Zoe was ready on the phone for all the questions. She left for us some snacks, wine, cafe and everthing. the house was a like perfect luxury boutique apart. At the end, we hope to came back to Chalki again and the only place to stay in our mind is Zoe's house.

We had an amazing time here. 5 adults and 3 young children under 4. Host had great communication, very helpful if needed. Couldn’t fault it. Villa is in an amazing location with lovely beach at the bottom of the garden. Village nearby is 4 mins in car. Great tavernas and bakery etc. and loads more all within 20 minute drives. Highly recommend this place

Nous avons passé un séjour paisible et fabuleux dans la jolie maison typique de Martin et son fils Marcos. Tous deux nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et renseignés d’une manière exceptionnelle (en nous donnant beaucoup de conseils sur les activités et restaurants de l’île et des alentours). Le jardin et la terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur la mer sont de véritables havres de paix. Les orangers et les bougainvilliers nous ont ravis nos papilles et nos pupilles. Bref un petit paradis!!! This was the perfect getaway! The house is in an amazing location, right next to the sea, so we enjoyed stunning views throughout our stay. The spacious layout made it feel like a true home away from home, with plenty of room to relax. Both the terrace and balcony were incredible spots to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery. Michail was friendly, helpful, and very flexible, accommodating all of our needs with ease. He even went above and beyond by bringing us fresh pastries from the local bakery, which was such a thoughtful touch! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can't wait to return!
