Shoreline Oasis

Keep it simple at this peaceful little oasis located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all the fun stuff! We are a 5 min drive to beautiful beaches at Hammonassett State Park, a 6 min drive to Chamard Vineyards and close to many other lovely bars/restaurants. We are walking distance to Clinton’s little downtown, the train station (can easily get to New Haven and NYC) and the waterfront, where you can hit up Lobster Landing- Clinton’s very own home of the greatest lobster roll in New England!

Enjoy 2 rooms + bath. The second floor of my home will be your own private oasis. Large dog (+ cat) on premises (no access to suite). Please be dog-friendly! Spacious bedroom, cozy sitting area, queen bed, TV w/ premium channels. Separate dining/kitchenette with Keurig, microwave & fridge. Brand new private bath with tub/shower. 3 wooded acres by Menunketesuck River. 2-level deck with fire table, patio, propane grill and hot tub. Near premium outlets, beaches, state park, Chamard Vineyard.

Great pet friendly house located close to the water, downtown, beaches, train service and I-95. Off street parking, laundry facilities, great fully fenced in back yard. Large, one bedroom and one bath with a pull out queen size sleeper couch in the main room. Wi-Fi, Roku TV, boards games, and DVDs available. Property is located close to restaurants and many outdoor activities including the town beach and docks. There is a pass available to bring a car to the Clinton town beach.
