Beautiful home with 4 bedrooms on the waterfront. This is the best you will find. All the amenities - fast wi-fi, 3 TVs (satellite), full size kitchen, washer/dryer, and plenty of parking near the snowmobile trail. Mont Ripley is right nearby for skiers. Two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. New grill added on 6/19/2020. The home is being updated as needed. From new oven mitts to anything else needing an upgrade. Check out the pictures. Come visit! Parking for 3 trucks, plus trailers. Please Note: We charge $10 per night per person over 2 people.

Waterfront in Houghton

This 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located next to chutes and ladders located on portage canal next to Houghton beach, Chutes & Ladders, and Houghton public docks. Home is a short walk to Michigan Tech and historic downtown. There are two kayaks and 2 bikes available for you to use and explore the canal or downtown. We love dogs and do welcome them but do charge extra. Please send me any questions. Auto booking opens 1 year in advance. please do not send a request earlier.

We are approximately 4.8 miles from the Dollar Bay Snow Mobile Trailhead, Great snowshoeing around the property as well. cottage is on a shared driveway with owners. About 55 minutes from Mount Bohemia.

This studio space is all fresh and new, located in west Hancock. Parking is easily accessible with a ground floor entryway. Downtown Hancock and Houghton are just minutes away. Located near the Hancock beach. If you aren't a camper but enjoy the day activities come and stay with all the luxuries of home. Studio size kitchen and a king size bed. We just added a heater/ air conditioner that is adjustable by the guest. The feedback has been great!

Instant snowmobile access to the lake in winter. Air conditioning in summer and 2 wall furnaces for warmth in winter. What it doesn't have: Oven, automatic dishwasher, laundry facilities.
