This little gem is located in the middle of Utö, within walking distance of beaches and fantastic nature. Perfect for those who want peace and quiet and to live in the middle of nature. The house is perfect for two people but works with, for example, 2 adults and 2 children. Just a few minutes' walk to the sea. There are several excellent hiking trails on Utö. There is a map in the house. There is a good little restaurant within walking distance. The "community" of Gruvan is about 4 km away, where most of the restaurants, a grocery store, etc. are located. Get off the boat at Spränga jetty.

Fantastic archipelago accommodation!

This unique, amazing house is built in the 18th century but has been renovated extensively over the years where old charm meets new. The house is state-of-the-art with good facilities and heating systems. Well insulated. The living room with kitchen and living room measures 4 meters in ceiling height and has a fireplace and a large glass section that provides a fantastic view of the pool and the sea. There are several patio decks on the property totaling 300 sqm. The surroundings are beautiful with sea, rich wildlife and lots of forest as well as 15 minutes walking distance to the sea tavern.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Charge your soul with a wood-burning sauna and a cozy moment in front of the wood-burning stove. Close to three different sandy beaches, mini golf, 5-7 minutes to an outdoor gym, skate park, 7 minutes to several restaurants, a bakery, a country store and an ICA supermarket. patio with barbecue grills Towels and sheets are provided. Access to porcelain, as well as bicycles 3 adults, double bed and sofa bed. Coffee/tea and spices are included. Hammock. Dogs on a lead are allowed, as are cats.

Cosy little cottage of a simpler standard with a lake view – only about 100 metres to a small-boat jetty with swimming opportunities in Lake Orlången. The cottage has two outdoor patios and free parking for two cars. About 22 minutes by car from central Stockholm, you will find Vidja, which offers an unbeatable tranquility with birdsong, bathing lakes and nature reserves around the corner. Note: Road conversions are in progress throughout the nearby area. Construction traffic may occur during the daytime Monday-Friday (07:00-16:00)

Sea and forest adventure - neighbor to nature reserve

Find peace and meet the adventure in this newly built wooden house about 1.5 hours from Stockholm City. The house exudes a love of nature and is located on a peaceful island in the Stockholm archipelago, which is mostly made up of nature reserves. There are no cars or noises here but only wild berries and wild life. Close to the sea, your own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to a wood-burning stove, a wood-fired sauna, 2 sea kayaks (K1) and 4 bicycles (all included in the rent).

Skärgårdsstugan

Skärgårdsstugan med havsutsikt, egen badplats,brygga,altan,grillplats.Trappor ner. Boendet är i vår gäststuga med WC o dusch,stor altan och nära skog och fiske. Läget är lugnt med skogspromenader runt knuten. Fyra personer bor i stugan och två personer bor i ett annex. I annexet WC o pentry, får fyrfota vän bo, men endast där, med allergi- hänsyn till andra gäster. På kvällarna kan man ”mysa” framför braskaminen. Wifi finns. Ej TV. Njut med fördel av solnedgångar över vattnet från altanerna!

Direktanslutning med pendeltåg till Arlanda via Stockholm Central gör din resa smidig och bekväm. Välkomna att uppleva det bästa av vårt område!

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new black house next door. Possible with up to 7 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 5 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Lillgården, Rural idyll with the primeval forest right around the corner

Just 20 km from the million-plus city of Stockholm, you can live and experience a centuries-old rural idyll with a farm and free-range animals. Here is also the entrance to the National Park with unique nature and very old forest, silence and glittering forest lakes. Here you will live comfortably in one of the historic buildings from the early 1700s, with kitchen and bathroom. Here you can stay if you intend to visit Tyresta village and/or the national park and nature reserve.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Watch sea eagles sail over the sea. The house is completely newly built in a modern design and is fully completed in 2024. The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
