Its name stems from the iconic hotel that sat on the corner of Lumina Ave and Stone street in the early 1900’s. All three units come equipped with full kitchens, full baths, Juliet balconies, washers and dryers, as well as elevated linens and bath products. The Atlantic' is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath unit with views of both the ocean and Banks Channel.

A classic 1946 duplex cottage on the outside, reimagined as a modern coastal retreat on the inside, The Bungalow Loft blends timeless charm with contemporary comfort. This thoughtfully designed space features one bedroom, two additional daybeds in the living area, a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining nook. This is a recently renovated rustic 1947 cottage with an outstanding view of and access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!

Stay a few nights or a few weeks, it's all yours for your beachy/business stay.

Private Tiny Home in the Woods!

This is a small cabin at the back of our property that has good privacy from the main house. It's a cozy space, but with a King size bed and a loft it easily accommodates 3 people! Very close to the beach. Dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats), please add as a "pet" to your reservation. The fee is $30 per stay. Dogs must be crated if left alone. We have one available if required.
