This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

Inside, it is always warm thanks to the radiators, and there is also a wood-burning stove for those who know how it works. Then you can turn it on. Wood is there. Duvets are 2 in 1. They are washed every time. Small Air conditioning in summer. Within walking distance along the harbor. Is the city center (15 min.), station (10 min.) and the beach (20 min.)

The house is located on the outskirts of the city center in a street without continuous traffic and is therefore very quiet; the associated garden offers absolute privacy. The house has a large living room, a large kitchen and a spacious bedroom, with bathroom and suite. In the space between the kitchen and bedroom, there is a bunk bed. There is a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is WiFi throughout the apartment. Both room and bedroom have a (smart) TV.

In this rural, water-rich area, we offer you a spacious room equipped with a large double bed (2 × 0.90 m), a TV/sitting area, and a brand-new bathroom with a Jacuzzi. Additional sleeping accommodation is possible. We created this new space in our former cowshed, which adjoins our private residence.
