The Annex is totally self contained and close to the beach Welcombe Mouth, in a very quiet and beautiful part of the world just on the border between North Devon and Cornwall. At our doorstep you will find the South West Coastal path leading you along stunning coastal views & ancient landmarks, as well as picturesque valleys, hills and woods away from the sea to enjoy hikes & cycle rides. The beautiful beaches of Sandymouth, Bude and Widemouth Bay are close attracting surfers all year around.

Pheasant’s Rest, cosy hideaway, dog friendly

Our caravan, disguised as a cosy cabin, nestles to the side of our garden and has been totally restyled. Self check-in and a private entrance makes it easy to social distance, with footpaths and woodland all around there is an abundance of open space. In addition to following the enhance cleaning and sanitisation protocol, we are also keeping a 1 day window before and after each booking. Secluded, dog friendly and situated in walking distance of Bucks Mills beach and the South West Coast Path.

Explore the Hartland Peninsula - the SW Coast Path is stunning here - and relax in the hot tub or by the wood-burner. This child and dog-friendly*, single-storey cottage is one of Cheristow farm cottages, clustered around the former farmyard; Guests can use the spa room with it hot tub & sauna and the children's play area, with long green views to the sea. *Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome @ £25 per dog, per stay. 1 can be included on booking, for a 2nd we'd request payment separately.

Pencuke farm’s 20 acres is located in a smalls hamlet, and offers 2 other cottages and 2 luxury shepherds huts. The Dutch barn is detached and sleeps up to 8 adults plus cots. Just 5 minutes from the nearest beach, it's perfect for family holidays or to celebrate special occasions.

This beautiful, hand crafted wooden cabin on wheels has everything you need for the perfect getaway. With direct access to footpaths leading on to the south west coast path, this is an ideal bolthole for walking or surfing holidays or just the perfect excuse to get away from it all. The tiny house sits in a quiet corner on our family farm in North Cornwall, just over 2 miles from the coast. There is a cozy sauna with sea view available for hire on the farm.
