The apartment was perfect - cozy, clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. There was really nothing missing and we felt comfortable from the first moment. The hosts warmly greeted us, showed us everything and also said goodbye - a small honey purchase at Frederec with many treats was of course not to be missed. We were particularly enthusiastic about the fantastic surroundings. Our excursions to the Selketal were unforgettable - whether hiking through nature or enjoying the tranquility. And also the stamps were well-stocked. All in all, we can highly recommend the hosts, the apartment as well as the surrounding area.

The penthouse apartment has everything you need. The view is fantastic. What was annoying was the parking situation. But the landlords can't do anything about that. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back next year

Very nice and newly furnished apartment in the perfect location vis-a-vis the small lake! We even received small welcome gifts! 🤗 Communication with Nicole was prompt, extremely accurate and very friendly. The entrance and the exterior facade of the former hotel is outdated; but should not deter it.

Rita is very kind! Responds quickly. For a family of 2 adults + 2 children (1.5 years old and 6 years old)+ 1 dog fits the holiday apartment fine. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Feel free to come back again!

We spent 2 nights in Sebastian's apartment,for us it was more of a base for excursions to the area so we didn't spend much time in the apartment itself. Everything was as described, 2 bedrooms with living room and bathroom. For the fact that the small apartment is located in a hotel complex from the 70s, it was pleasantly quiet, you didn't notice much from other guests. The beds were very comfortable,so we had restful nights after long days. There is also a bread roll service, but we did not use it. All in all, I can only recommend Sebastian's place.

The apt is brand new, spacious and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and easy parking in the back of the house. The ground floor apartment is at street level and the window of one of the rooms is directly on the bus stop - there’s a curtain that helps with privacy. It’s a 20 mm walking distance to the center with some food options nearby. We arrived late and had some issues but the staff were very friendly and responsive.

We were very pleased and can only recommend this place from Jolanda. In the huge communal garden you could relax superbly and you had your privacy. We were able to really disconnect from big city life. There were many games in the shared hallway that you could borrow. So you could have a nice game night. The only thing we were missing was an ashtray on the balcony. There was only one communal cup in front of the front door. But otherwise everything tip top 😊

Astrid was a great hostess, helpful and always quick to respond. The apartment was clean and quiet and everything from check in to check out was easy.

A very nice place with plenty of space and a cozy atmosphere. The apartment is in a great location: You can quickly reach the city, the castle park or the forest and hike many routes from there. There are many tourist highlights nearby. The highlight of the accommodation is the sauna, which we were able to make good use of after our winter hikes. The contact with the hostess was very pleasant, which contributed to feeling good.
