It is 250 m² of comfort and has been completely restored, renovated, modernly furnished and lovingly decorated by us. Our vacation home has 3 floors (ground floor, 1st floor, top floor). It has a total of 10 bedrooms. Furthermore, it has 4 bathrooms as follows: 3 x shower bathrooms with toilet, 1 x shower bathroom without toilet and 2 x guest toilet.

The historic staff house of the Rittergut is very conveniently located: 2 minutes from the exit of the A7 Nörten-Hardenberg as well as directly on the Leine bike path. The apartment is about 85 square meters, has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 single), a large living room with dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and oven, as well as a shower room with washing machine. On the doorstep, our guests will find a seat with a parasol. The neighborhood is rustic.

In the immediate vicinity there are hiking trails, the Iberg Dripstone Cave, the Weltwald, the Hübichenstein, two cafes, museums and much more.
