Beachfront unique house with nice outdoor environment

In this national romantic house from 1905, you can enjoy in front of the fireplace, grill and have a drink on the large patio or take a short walk down to Falsterbo's fantastic sandy beach. 5-6 people live comfortably in this charming and carefully renovated house with carpentry joy and high coziness factor. It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and Falsterbo's idyllic center. On the large forest plot, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for rent.

Warm welcome to this child-friendly villa. The house has nice large social areas inside & outside. In the garden, there is lovely lounge furniture,and barbecue. There are 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a room with a 90 cm bed. There are electric car chargers and parking. Car charging there is a charge.
