We stayed here for two nights and felt very much at home. The apartment is a wonderful base for many day tours and has offered us everything we needed. The windows by the bed go out to the street, but in the evening and at night there is hardly any traffic so we could also sleep well. Shopping and restaurants right around the corner and most importantly: the beautiful nature is a stone's throw away. Thank you Erik also for the uncomplicated contact!

Astrid was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. During my stay, I experienced a medical emergency, and she went above and beyond to assist me, even accompanying me to the pharmacy since I don’t speak German. What truly touched me was how she checked in on me over the following days—a gesture that showed genuine care. Her home was absolutely lovely: beautifully kept, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether short or long-term. The stunning water views and nearby beer garden added to the charm. While the house was impeccably clean, it’s worth noting there’s no microwave (the oven works just fine!). For groceries, dm and Rewe are about 2km away, easily accessible by bus. Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, this was by far my best experience. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer! I can’t recommend Astrid’s place enough—it’s truly special.

Good accommodation for hikes in the Steigerwald. Many hiking trails start almost at the front door. The apartment had everything you need for a few days.

Arrived and felt at home. The apartment is furnished and furnished with love and mind. I slept, we were a stone. The immediate surroundings are wonderful for running and unwinding, the excursion destinations reachable in about 30 minutes by car. The Rhön is beautiful. My dog and I felt right at home. Just arrived, right on the edge of the field. Unfortunately, I did not meet Christine in person, but the exchange and communication was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Every question was answered directly, the response time is almost seconds fast:) The only downside to the place was that we hadn't booked longer. We didn't want to leave 🥰

we felt well taken care of from the first day! The location is perfectly quiet and in front of the door a park you want more. Shopping and subway within walking distance. We were completely satisfied 😊

We felt very comfortable. A lovingly renovated house in a beautiful little place with a great hostess. The different levels in the garden offer many possibilities. Downstairs terrace, barbecue area, upstairs the roof for sports and rock climbing, the sundeck. Hiking directly from the house. As a quick reader, I have also devoured the exciting book written by Tanja. Thank you so much for making it so beautiful to your guests!

Highly recommended! All as described; rooms larger than the 10 sqm -> sloping roof well used; nice, clean bathroom, large shower, sink rather in miniature format. Good check-in and communication (in person or keysafe), Jacob is helpful, friendly and completely straightforward. On top of that great residential area, nice walk into the city center possible. 4 days stay with great cities and enchanting nature (!!) around it. Thanks for a great stay 😊

An all-round successful place to stay! The stay was perfect – the apartment is very spacious, offers plenty of space and is furnished with a lot of style and attention to detail. Everything was clean and well prepared. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Unfortunately, we were unable to make the trip at very short notice due to illness. It was not cancelable, which I was aware of at the time of the booking. Margot responded with understanding-thanks a lot!

Hali was brilliant from day 1, very responsive and very clear instructions given. place was better than described and would definitely use again.

If you want a little break from stressful everyday life, this is the place to be. Mr. Ulm is very friendly and helpful and you can tell that he and his wife have given a lot of thought to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. Here is especially the "mini supermarket" where you can find everything you need for a short break (e.g. hot rolls, noodles, coffee, etc.). Even if you don't feel like cooking yourself, there are catering dishes from a local catering company that can be easily prepared in the oven and taste great, without any artificial ingredients. In addition to the living area, there is the separate spa area. Here, too, there is a lot of love for detail such as homemade scrubs and sauna infusions, so you can spend some relaxing hours here. All in all, we enjoyed it very much and we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful weekend with friends and children at the property. The place was very clean. There were also plenty of toys for the children. An all-round very well-maintained accommodation incl. Garden..and super delicious rolls :) Highly recommended.

From booking to checkout, everything went smoothly. Communication was very friendly and fast. Very warm and friendly landlords. We also have nothing wrong with the accommodation, we lacked nothing. We had a great week at Susanne's place. The location is perfect and it is such a warm and cozy place. The place is spotless and has all amenities you can ask for. We will definitely come back when we are heading back to Germany again. Thank you for a great experience.

Very nice, very clean and feels just like home. lovely bathroom, furniture and kitchen furnishings. Stefanie was very helpful and responsive even when my train was delayed for arrival. Peaceful area with nice pub and restaurants within walking distance. Very convenient for exhibition centre, you can walk via the park there or tram or e-scooter. Stefanie and her place were great and made a long and very busy week so much nicer.
