In the small wooden house surrounded by half-timbered houses in the quiet village center, you can relax and enjoy the nature of nearby Franconian Switzerland. The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

The property is located a little off the beaten path at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Bikers and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. There are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas all over the property. Free parking at the house.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no enclosed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the process water is heated via the solar system. It may take a while for the heating to start in Wolken.
