It is cozily furnished with a large bright living room, a bedroom with a double bed that is pleasantly cool in summer, and a newly renovated bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. In addition, a terrace with great views, a sunny garden (about 700 square meters) with garden furniture and barbecue facilities belong to the house.

Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

The apartment is on the second floor of our townhouse from 1908. We acquired it in 2020 and have completely renovated it with love ever since. You can expect plenty of space through spacious living areas, modern furnishings, plenty of peace and relaxation. We hope you love it and can recharge your batteries during your stay. In the main house there is a swimming pool and sauna but also a laundry room with dryer. From November 2nd to 30th, the swimming pool is closed due to inspection work!

Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett 180 cm x 200 cm und einen Wohnraum mit einer Liege und einer Schlafcouch W-LAN ist genauso vorhanden wie je ein Flatscreen in der Küche und in der Wohnstube. WLAN mit 100 Mbit liegt an. Ein abschließbarer Schuppen zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern gehört ebenfalls dazu.
