There are two toilets, one larger with a shower and heated towel rail, a dining area, TV, an open plan kitchen area with dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas cooker with oven and grill, microwave, dolce gusto machine, kettle, toaster. The caravan is double glazed and heated with fan heaters in each room.

Our 1930s Showmans wagon has been lovingly restored to provide a unique luxurious home. It has a bedroom, sitting room, and kitchen area, with an ecoloo. Situated in a gorgeous country garden in an AONB there are fantastic walks as well as two good pubs in close proximity. It is near to Tunbridge Wells, Lewes, Eastbourne, Hastings, the South Downs and Sussex Coast and 25 minutes from Glyndebourne. N.B. tThe terrain is uneven & steps are steep without a handrail, the deck also has no railings.

A repurposed horsebox accommodation is set in a grassy area surrounded by trees. The exterior features large windows and a covered porch. Nearby, a circle of seating made from tree stumps encircles a fire pit, inviting gatherings in a natural setting.
