Kitchen with new hub and new oven, washing machine and tumble dry. Free wifi (35-37 mbits download speed, 8-10 mbits upload speed). It has 2 toilets, shower room (no bath), off road parking at Alpine Road or in a road nearby.

Nestled within the South Downs National Park this medieval village has independent and quirky shops, with lots of choices of where to eat & drink. Fabulous walks incl. the Downs, riverside, and nearby the sea, forest & vineyard. In the winter there is a log burner, in the summer a sunny walled garden. A permit is available for parking close by.

The house is situated a stone's throw from the beach, The Pier, 'Goat Ledge', and some excellent restaurants, pubs & cafes. All bedrooms are ensuite. The kitchen is well-equipped and private chefs are welcome (we're happy to recommend). Parking provided - Hot tub - Pets welcome - super-fast wi-fi. The house won Channel 4's 'Four In A Bed' when it was a B&B.
