Monthly Rentals in Hatch Lake

I’ve stayed here before and Sarah’s place it always clean, modern appliances, and comfy bedding/decor!

This being my first experience with renting an AirBNB I could not be more pleased! Nolan and his team were beyond excellent. The home was as described, clean, well equipped, and cozy. I rented this for my workers who were on an area job. We used the rental for over 1 month. I stayed there a few nights as well. No complaints. We instantly felt at home. There were separate rooms for 5 people, but you could add more if co-sleeping. This was perfect for us to have privacy. The kitchen was nicely equipped for cooking and everything was clean. The home had clear and understandable directions for internet connectivity and also house rules. The house sits in a quaint little town. Very small and not too many amenities right there, but lots of options as close as 15 minutes away. My crew found a few go-to restaurants and take out places easily. I would and likeley will return to this property. Nolan and his teams attention to detail and accommodating our needs was much appreciated!

Andrea’s place was an absolute gem! We were visiting Colgate University, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The home was spotless, exceptionally comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The hosts went above and beyond, providing a generous array of amenities — toiletries, snacks, coffee, water, and more — which were so appreciated after a long day of travel. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and both parking and check-in were seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We had a great stay at Dorcas' basement studio suite. It was charming and decorated with many homey touches. It was well furnished and everything was in great condition. Definitely rates as among the nicest places we have stayed. The view from the sliding glass door and large window overlooking the reservoir was beautiful, especially the morning sunrise over the water. Dorca's was a great host, always in contact to make sure we had all the info we needed and our questions answered. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials and fun food. Our little elderly dog was welcomed and had his own treats and amenities. We are discussing when our next trip to stay there will be! Thanks Dorcas!
