Living space of approximately 100 square meters, spacious living and dining room, spacious bedroom and two additional smaller bedrooms. Bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. Single garage (on request for an extra charge) or free public parking is available right by the house.

Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

In the garden you can fully relax, linger and enjoy: There is a sauna for the winter and a heated pool in the summer (23 degrees). Bike tours, hikes or just a cozy day in the garden - everything is right "in front of your nose." I'm happy to help you choose hiking, running or cycling tours. A car is required to get there. Public transport is rather difficult

The Altmühlsee is 12.5 km away and the Brombachsee is 15.4 km away. The Altmühl bike trail is right in front of the door. Ideal starting point for many other attractions. There is public parking in front of the house. A place to park the bicycles is available.
