Come and have a good time in this old barn completely renovated in an atypical and modern cottage. The mix of materials will bring you warmth and comfort . Located in the center of Alsace , you will discover many cellars and vineyards but also authentic villages with their half-timbered houses and beautifully decorated at any time of the year. The Barn - Enchanting with 395 years heritage !

The "Barn" is is part of an old "forgeron" or blacksmith's property - it has been lovingly renovated to preserve all of it's original charm whilst providing an idillic setting to discover the Alsace wine route. Comprising of 2 generous master bedrooms with en-suite and a large open-plan living / dining and kitchen area on the ground floor leading out onto a wooden deck , perfect for enjoying the Alsace climate and local wine . On site parking for two vehicles .

Our cottage is composed of an old house adjoining a barn, all renovated in a cosy style on 260m². Ideally located in the Munster Valley, Sondernach is 10 minutes from the Schnepfenried ski resort and is the starting point for many hikes. Summer and winter, the possible activities are varied: skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, tree climbing, cycling, mountain biking… Young and old will enjoy discovering the landscapes and gastronomic specialties of the region.

As a couple, with family or friends up to 4 people, this cottage will seduce you by its modernity and authenticity. The Falimont barn is located 5 minutes from the town of Munster ( with all the shops), you are nevertheless quiet from many walks or cycling and close to nature. You will also be close to the Alsatian vineyard and its famous villages like Kaysersberg, Eguisheim and the Vosgian mountains with its lakes, hostel farms and ski resorts.
