My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

My Preference Pool Sauna

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. Ideal for a relaxing or sporting holiday, possibility of tourist discoveries (15 minutes from Mt St Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 20 minutes from St Malo, Cancale etc.) Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands and its salt meadows sheep.

Near Annoville beach, magnificent protected dunar cord (Conservatory of the Litoral) in a small quiet hamlet, we have renovated the floor of a barn. It is a small 2 room cocoon for 2 adults + a mezzanine office space. A garden is accessible with picnic table, deckchairs and barbecue. We provide free bikes for beautiful easy walks by the sea. This is a fully renovated 40 m2 vacation home, 130 m from the beach, comprising a kitchen open to the living room, a shower room, a first bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a second bedroom with two 80 x 200 beds (pillows, duvet and blanket for each bed), terrace, outdoor kitchen and barbecue.

Our accommodation is located in a detached house located 300 m from the beach that we have just carefully renovated to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The accommodation is located on the first floor of the house, on the ground floor, another smaller accommodation is also offered for rent. We'll be happy to welcome you personally upon key handover.

You can't find any closer to the sea : at high tide the terrace overlooking the beach becomes the bow of a boat ! More in the center of Coutainville, it is not possible either : everything is within easy reach : restaurants, bars, shops, tennis, casino, even golf.
