Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

In der historischen Dorfstraße befindet sich unser gemeinschaftlich genutzter 4Seitenhof. Das Appartement liegt im östlichen ehemaligen Stallgebäude und wurde liebevoll saniert und ausgestattet. Es besteht aus einem offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafbereich mit kleinem Duschbad und Terrasse zum Innenhof. Die Küche verfügt u.a. über Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Eine Gartennutzung ist möglich. Besuchen Sie auch die neugierigen Alpaka im Nachbarort (Zusatzkosten).

Wir lieben Kontraste - Im Schloss Lanke vermieten wir im Dachgeschoss ein großzügiges 100 qm großes Loft. Ein Schloss-Loft. Außen französische Neorenaissance, Innen dezenter Minimalismus. Urbaner Wohnkomfort trifft die üppige Natur des Naturparks Barnim. Beide zusammen schaffen den perfekten Rahmen für Ruhe, Entspannung und Entschleunigung. Im Schloss Lanke befinden sich neben Ferienwohnungen die Wohnungen der Eigentümer sowie Büroflächen im Erdgeschoss. Wir respektieren unsere Privatsphären.

Die Unterkunft ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen (an der L63). Bushaltestelle ist 100 m vom Grundstück entfernt. Parken ist am Haus möglich. Bäcker mit Frühstücksangebot ist zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar, Stadtzentrum in 20 min; mit dem Auto 15 min bis Dessau-Zentrum u. 20 min bis Köthen. Ihr habt vom Treppenhaus einen direkten Zugang zur Unterkunft. Grill- u. Feuerstelle sind im Garten vorhanden. Elbe, Biosphärenreservat, Wassertretstelle u. a. bieten viele Erholungsmöglichkeiten in der Natur.

Gemütliches Studio mit Berliner Altbaucharme und modernem Bad inkl. Wellnessdusche und großer Badewanne. Das Studio ist in einem schönen ruhigen Innenhof und dennoch gut gelegen. Für Geschäftsreisende, Paare und auch Familien mit (kleinen) Kindern geeignet; zusätzlich ausziehbares Bett vorhanden und Beistellbett für Babies/Kleinkinder möglich. Die moderne Küchenzeile bietet eine gute Ausstattung zum Kochen leckerer Gerichte. Außerdem sind Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschtrockner vorhanden.

Helle Wohnung auf Pferdehof

Direkt neben dem privaten Pferdestall liegt die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in der ersten Etage mit offenem Treppenhaus und großem Balkon. Man kann das Schnaufen der Pferde und das Zwitschern der Vögel hören, aber auch die morgendlichen Geräusche der Stallarbeit. Die ruhige Straße führt direkt zum Riewendsee mit seiner Badestelle in 2 km Entfernung. Fußläufig ist ein Restaurant zu erreichen. Eines der beliebtesten Cafés Brandenburgs mit Bäckerei liegt in etwa 4 km Entfernung.

Das Einfamilienhaus in der Kleinstadt Annaburg liegt nur wenige Meter von der Annaburger Heide entfernt. Es verfügt im OG über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, TV und Schreibtisch, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett und Schlafcouch für eine .Person und ein kleines Bad mit WC und Waschbecken. Die Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat auch eine Nespresso Kapselmaschine zu bieten. This cozy and comfortable studio is a commercial space that is located near the subway station of Turmstraße in Moabit in the city center of Berlin. So, the central station and some of the most significant sights are not far away: for example the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Schloss Bellevue, the Kanzleramt, and the enormous park of Tiergarten. The space lies on the ground floor by a side street. So, please mind that it could get a bit noisy at times.

Ein Hide Away im Grünen! Ein kleiner aber feiner Bauwagen auf der kleinen Farm, inmitten der Uckermark. Der Wagen steht auf einem Bauernhof in Dorfrandlage auf 1,3h großem Grundstück. Der Uckersee ist Luftlinie etwa 500m entfernt (Straße länger!) , Prenzlau knapp 2km. Im Haupthaus stehen eine kleine Gästeküche und ein eigenes Duschbad bereit. Perfekt um dem Stress der Stadt zu entfliehen!
