We offer you a bright attic apartment in our three-family house: It is completely renovated and converted into a cozy studio apartment. The apartment is suitable for two people, with a double bed and a sofa bed available. Supermarket, market hall and the city center can be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes. We have a bus stop right outside the front door. The bus is at the main train station in 10-15 minutes. Bicycles can be locked in the garage.

Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozy 1-room apartment with 36 sqm, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.

Our approx. 60 m² apartment is located on the first floor of the house. A large living and dining area with kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom leave nothing to be desired for your stay. The property is located in a quiet district of Albstadt. In the surrounding area, you can spend your free time, for example, visiting the Eyachquelle, various hiking trails, a stay in the Badkap, the garden show in Balingen and Hohenzollern Castle.

Parking is right by the house.

We rent an apartment with a bathroom and toilet on the first floor of our house. The bedroom has a large double bed (2 × 2 m). There is also space for a children's travel bed. Adjacent is the bathroom with large shower and separate toilet. Next door is a large living room with a sofa bed as another sleeping option, TV and a cozy dining area. A fully equipped kitchen and washing machine are also available.

Vacation home in the former Egelstal manor

Our more than 700-year-old walls have a very special charm! Nevertheless, you do not have to do without convenience and comfort in the historic manor. With a lot of half-timbering and wood, the apartment has a cozy atmosphere. The size of the apartment and the cozy furnishings promise a relaxing stay. In the small but well-equipped kitchen you can prepare delicious meals.
