Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Equipment: 2 living rooms, kitchen, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/Wi-Fi, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as your pet. Or head south and in 30 minutes (35 km) you’re in lively Maastricht, full of fun bars and nice restaurants. Mijn huis ligt lekker centraal – je bent in 15 minuten (13 km) in Roermond, waar je heerlijk kunt shoppen in het populaire Designer Outlet. Rijd je naar het zuiden, dan sta je in een half uurtje (35 km) in het gezellige Maastricht vol leuke bars en restaurants.

Our cozy rural furnished home, located in the Bocholt, gives space for 10 people. There is a fully fenced garden with all kinds of play options for the children. Adjacent, there is a heated open terrace. We have an indoor playground and an outdoor climbing and clambering path. This allows them to enjoy themselves with us both indoors and outdoors. And then there is room to cross with the various go-carts, bicycles, etc. that our accommodation has available.
