Op fiets- en loopafstand van Heerlen centrum en tegelijk midden in het groen, tussen park en bos ligt ons rustgevende appartementje (25m2). Via je eigen terras kom je de slaapkamer in waar 2 eenpersoonsbedden staan (kinderbedje evt beschikbaar). De eetkamer/kitchenette heeft koelkast en kookplaatje. Koffie en thee gratis beschikbaar. The apartment is cozy and fully furnished and you can walk directly from the apartment to your terrace. The apartment is on the garden level, accessible via an 8-step staircase. Due to the various steps up and down in the apartment, it is unfortunately not suitable for disabled people. ( See photos). The bed is equipped with two electrically adjustable slatted bases with medium hard mattresses. Completely equipped kitchen, air conditioning, incl. bedding, kitchen linen and bath linen.

Lots of privacy, for a small price. This living studio offers just that. Furnished with a comfy double bed, a small living and a desk. The sanitary room has a shower cabin, a sink and a kitchenette. Outside is a terrace where smoking is allowed. This space is particularly suitable for those who don't need the requirements of a luxury hotel, but who can enjoy simplicity.
