The light-filled 90 sqm living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. You will stay in a house in a listed half-timbered ensemble from 1774 in the immediate vicinity of Detmold, equipped with antiques, a cinema hall, and a gazebo with unobstructed views of the Teutoburg Forest. Complete kitchen, infrared sauna, cozy living room with oven and electric heating. Bedroom with clay walls, a second under the roof. Garden in front of the house for your own use for barbecuing, playing, etc. Children and pets welcome. Supermarket 1.1 km, city 3.5 km away. Firewood included.

Sie werden bei uns in einer separaten, abschließbaren Wohnung im OG untergebracht und können somit Ihre Privatsphäre voll genießen. Eine Getränkeauswahl, sowie Kaffee/Tee sind inklusive. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstück ist auf Wunsch für € 9,50 pro Person buchbar. Bei Bedarf kann ebenso ein Kinderreisebett zugestellt werden. Wir freuen uns auf Sie!

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

The small apartment (34 m2) is bookable for 2 to 4 people and has a living-bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. A large garden with sitting areas and sunbathing area can also be used. Smaller pets allowed. Wifi is available.

Our beautiful, sun-drenched holiday home is built in timber and offers everything a family or a small travel group needs. Attention: Only for non-smokers indoors and outdoors! A fully equipped open kitchen, four spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sunny terraces, a large garden and a double carport. The house has underfloor heating and is completely barrier-free, including the showers.

I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
