Romantic apartment in a quiet location

The flat was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. In the past, this listed building was a stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can go for a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a children's playground. Our location is ideally situated. The "Honigspeicher" is an old wooden house that has stood on this site for over 240 years. It is a place steeped in history, located in the heart of the tiny village of Hartböhn. The house was completely renovated in 2025 and features a tastefully furnished and comfortable living area for two people with a garden and two terraces. It offers plenty of peace and space. Active guests can walk, cycle and explore the beautiful Lüneburg Heath to their heart's content.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich separat im "Kleinen Häuschen", einem kompletten, freistehenden Haus, nur für euch, mit eigenem Parkplatz. Während eures Aufenthalts seid ihr die einzigen Nutzer. Es gibt ein großes Doppelbett, einen Tisch fürs Frühstück oder den Schreibkram, und ihr könnt eure Sachen in einem Kleiderschrank unterbringen. Die Küche ist bestückt mit einem Kühlschrank, einem Wasserkocher, einer Kaffeemaschine und einer Doppelkochplatte.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.

Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
