This unique guest apartment with tiny-house character was an active art studio before it became a fully-equipped, self-sustained apartment. It sleeps 2 (+ 2) in a single split-level room. One bed is reached via ladder, the second a sofa bed. The apartment is still active gallery, with 3 terrace doors leading to a terrace with space to eat and relax. The next bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, the airport 10 minutes by car, there are 2 forests in walking distance and a shopping center too.

Dear guests! We like to welcome you in our USA & Bike home! Only 10 minutes to walk to the tram station to Hannover & fair. You life in your own little house with a separat entrance. Enjoy the charm of the 2.10m high room. You stay in the nice 25m² room and have your own bath with shower. For entertainment you can use a football table, dart, TV and WiFi. In the room is also a fridge, microwave, waterheater and a coffeemachine for free use. Enjoy our beautiful terrace with a great view!

The vacation home is located in the HH-Horn district near the Horner gallop racecourse in a large garden; 1 bedroom and 1 living/bedroom with kitchen pantry, 1 shower/toilet. Right next to the property, the 261 bus runs to the U-Bahn [subway] and then approx. 15 minutes to the harbor or the Alster. A small shopping center with a Netto and Meydan market is a 3-minute walk away. An Ari bakery, 6 minutes away, is also open on Sundays. Aldi and Lidl are within walking distance in 8 minutes.

Small flat in the center of Harsefeld (circa 30 sqm). It is central, yet quiet and secluded, surrounded by trees and a beautiful garden. A barn and a cottage with a thatched roof (where the hosts live) complete the ensemble of buildings on the premise. Parking for guests on premise is available (and included when booking the flat). Important to know: The sleeping area is upstairs and can only be reached by quite steep and narrow stairs - guests should feel comfortable climbing up!

The house is functionally and modernly furnished. A large sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space. Large built-in closets in the bedroom offer plenty of storage space. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination as well as everything you need for cooking and baking. Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

Separate small cottage

Cosy little cottage (Ernst-Braune-Straße) on our property in a residential area with children (aged 1, 8 and 10) on the neighbouring property. A house is being renovated. The cottage is suitable for 1 to 2 people (possibly 3 people, but only upon prior request). Sunny, large garden, family-friendly and fireplace: The beautiful apartment in a converted barn is ideal for people looking for peace, exercise and nature. You can make campfires, go on bike rides or sit in the dormer and enjoy the unobstructed view over the garden and pastures. A beautiful lake can be reached by bike. Wi-Fi (about 23/7 MBits) and a washing machine are available as well as two private entrances. The sauna costs €10 for 2 hours, each additional hour €5.

Small cottage in Luhmühlen

Our "little house" is centrally located in the beautiful equestrian village of Luhmühlen. The training center is located next door and opposite you will find well-stocked equestrian shops. Even if you don't have much to do with horseback riding, you can explore the beautiful Lüneburg Heath from here. Bed linen and towels are optional. Per person you can get a laundry package for €15.00. Kitchen towels are included. .

I am Tiny - a pretty wooden house on the edge of the forest!

I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!

Cozy rear house in a city location

The property is located in a small rear house with a separate entrance. It consists of a room with a double bed (1.80 × 2.0 m) and dining table, pantry kitchen and shower room. A small terrace invites you to linger in the garden. Bicycles can be safely parked in the backyard.

House "Tobias" - small but nice -

The house is an outbuilding and is located on my small farm. You have the house all to yourself. From the covered conservatory terrace you have an amazing view of fields, meadows and forest. It is a place to switch off and relax.
