Set back from bustle of Brunswick Street, unwind on the private terrace after a day of exploring & feed the friendly rainbow lorikeets named Claude & Maude. My partner and I lived in this beautiful apartment for 8 years and we love sharing this special place with guests. Entry is private via the back gate. Backyard is a delightful setting for shared use. Extremely close to train, tram, and buses and the best parkland in Melbourne. Located in inner city, with pubs and cafes and cinema in easy walking distance, yet is surrounded by trees and close to the Merri path and Capital City Trail.
