Dieses Loft hat einen ganz besonderen Stil. Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail wurde dieses wunderschöne Denkmal renoviert. Von dort aus in die Dresdner Mitte oder in die Sächsische Schweiz in nur 20 bis 30 Minuten Minuten. Die Züge fahren hinter diesem Industriedenkmal vorbei. Ebenso gibt es ein Einkaufscenter in der Nähe.
