The teacher's residence with adjoining former primary school is located with its large garden on the outskirts of the small village of Strüth in the Taunus. A few steps from the front door, hiking trails lead into nature. The Premonstratensian monastery is also worth a visit. In the village itself there is a bakery, a hairdresser and a restaurant, as well as a doctor and a pharmacy. All other shopping facilities (Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, DM, health food store, etc.) are located (about 10 minutes by car) in Nastätten.

The apartment (26 sqm) has a modern shower bath, a small kitchen with stove/oven and is equipped with WIFI, TV and Bluetooth Hifi. Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.
