Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Heist-aan-Zee

For our first family weekend we couldn't find a better holiday home like the Odizee. Beautifully decorated in maritime style and everything you need for a fantastic stay with children. There is a garden with sun all day and all the comforts are available: a bath, shower, equipped kitchen with island, you name it! The house is in perfect new condition and all kid-proof! 5 thick stars 🙏

We spent a fantastic weekend in Ernest's beautiful and comfortable house in Ostend. 4 beautiful bedrooms with good beds, 2 nice bathrooms with a convenient shower. A super equipped kitchen. A sunny terrace with beautiful, enclosed garden. Even fresh herbs were thought of:-). Our reception was very warm and friendly, really great!

Lovely stay at this great home. Spacious, on several floors, clean and very welcoming. Lovely patio and garden to enjoy too. Able to park car easily and free. All the rooms are large. 20 minutes walk into centre of Brugges. Lovely walk. There is a bakery, mini supermarket very nearby. Recommend. Host is very good at communicating and offering advice. We had a fantastic stay. Thank you so much.

Fantastic stay. The holiday home has everything needed and more! Travelling with a baby and a 3 year old was made easy as Fillip had absolutely everything. The home is in beautiful surroundings, easy to find and great base for visiting Ypres, Bruges and Ghent. Fillip and his family were welcoming and gave us great recommendations. I highly reccomend!

We found a great and tidy place to stay. The place has plenty of space and is equipped with everything you need. Even a ping pong table is available. A highlight is also the sauna. Downtown is within walking distance in a good half an hour. The path is very quiet and relaxed. We highly recommend the place and would come back again and again when we are in Bruges.

We, 2 families with a total of 5 children have a really nice time can spend in Julien's house. We especially enjoyed the garden with the sofa and ping pong table - we were also very lucky with the weather. The house is very well equipped!, the bedrooms a little clairvoyant. The place itself is sleepy and unspectacular - outside the season -, but there is certainly more flair in summer. The town is right next to a beautiful dune hiking area - 'Belgian Sahara‘. We can only recommend the place.

We had a lovely weekend with friends. The children thought the pool was fantastic.

Very smooth communication with Isabelle. Warm welcome upon arrival. The cottage was tip top in order. Perfect location to disconnect. Sea within walking distance. Highly recommended!

The apartment corresponded to our idea, everything was very clean. Everything necessary is available. You felt immediately welcome and at home. There was a Senseo as a coffee maker. Perfect for us. Highlighted is the good and fast contact with the landlord, who always supports you directly with help and advice. The associated private parking is also worth gold. In the area you can't park for free anywhere and in the season all parking spaces are often occupied. We were very pleased and would come back any time. Full recommendation from us!

Very nice apartment with a beautiful view. Well equipped, clean and a few meters away in all the shops and the beach, we had a great stay at Jean and Élise's. Communication before and during the stay was excellent. We'll probably be back!

Second time we return to this apartment and probably NOT the last time 🤩 the accommodation is super conveniently located and matches the description! The host is super responsive and nice:) check-in and checkout are done independently and super easy! There are plenty of children's games right in front of the apartment and the view is beautiful! In short, a perfect stay again! Recommended +++

It was great we loved this house so much, and the beach location was so fun.

Super localized apartment - cuistax, dike, beach and shops nearby. It's super convenient to have parking space as well. The apartment matches the photos and description. We also appreciated the fact that it was very hot in the living room (in the middle of winter), the games for the children, the fact that there is a shower and a bath in the bathroom. And the Emma mattress: Confo ++++

Perfect for our family with 3 toddlers! Stylish, comfortable and child friendly apartment. The closet with puzzles and games was very much appreciated. Beach and center in walking distance.

I had such a lovely stay at Mylene's apartment, it's a great place to have the best of being beside the sea for some peace and the town a few minutes walk, tram stop behind the apartment too which was very handy! it's very comfortable, so we'll equipped too :) highly recommend you book in with Mylene if you are looking for accomodation in Belguim :)

We had a perfect weekend at Simon and Jonas's. Absolutely no complaints. We would happily stay again!

Very pleasant apartment. It was quiet. All was well. We were made to feel welcome.

We had a wonderful stay at Dominique's 5th floor apartment. It was bright & airy & we felt at home immediately. The views are great & the large balcony is perfect for the afternoon sun/sunsets. There is also a 2nd balcony for the sunrise! And you can walk to the beach for these too, in only 15 minutes. The heated swimming pools(adult & baby pools)are a real hit. The large pool is very rarely busy. We loved it! You need to wear swimming caps, but once bought that wasn't a problem, as everyone wears one. They can be purchased in the small office in the pool apartment block. There are shops & restaurants within walking distance. The tram stop & train station are a 10 minute walk. We took a tram to Oostende & a train to Bruges. Fares are inexpensive. Kitchen facilities are excellent, coffee N'Espresso machine with pods & biscuits to start us off! A nice touch. Dominique is a very responsive & attentive host. Beds were very comfy. We had a really great stay. Just book it!!

Virgine's house is very good, we had a very full and enjoyable holiday, the sea is in front of you, can walk the sandy beach, there are also good hiking routes around, can also go to the nearby city to get a taste of French people..... It was a great time to remember...

We had an amazing stay at Sea View! The apartment was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family getaway. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the seaside, and the views were incredible. Zara was a wonderful host, very responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for us. Our daughter especially loved the kids’ room, which was beautifully set up and made her feel right at home. The parking option made things so convenient too. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely return for our next trip to Knokke-Heist. Highly recommend Sea View to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly experience by the sea!
