Holiday rentals with a patio in Heist-aan-Zee

This was the 2nd time for us in this apartment and the experience was very good again. Lovely apartment with everything you need and a phenomenal sea view. Arrival and departure again pleasantly guided by James & Co, we find this very pleasant. We definitely hope to come back here!

Breathtaking sea view, quiet area but close to highways if you use the car and close to the dike on foot to access the restaurants. And the most enjoyable: the seaside walk a stone's throw away. The instructions were clear, the communication fluid and the apartment impeccable and very well-equipped. We loved it!

We had a great weekend in Pierre's very nice apartment. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. You have a great view of the sea and the sunset. The location is also great - right on the beach and bakery and supermarket also not far away. We would definitely recommend this place! :-) The communication with Pierre was totally accommodating, nice and easy. A very good host. Thank you for the hospitality.

Spacious, attractively furnished house, we immediately felt at home. Rini and Iris are friendly, relaxed and helpful. IJzendijke is a nice village near the Bunker forest where you can easily go with your dog for hiking. Centrally located to go to the coast or, for example, Ghent or Bruges.

We had a wonderful time at Lorenzo's apartment. The apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable, fully equipped for 4 people. There is a large terrace so you can enjoy meals outdoors if weather permits. Good bakery and restaurant across the street, bowling alley and supermarket not far away. the only thing is that as the apartment is next to the road you will hear the cars and if there are guests above you will also hear a little noise, but for us it did not affect our wonderful holiday in Ghent and Bruges at all. The host is very friendly. Thanks Lorenzo for everything.

Really a wonderfully cozy house, very spacious and comfortable with a small garden and close to the market with beautiful and cozy restaurants and terraces. There is also a beer brewery in this picturesque village. Nice bakery and a small supermarket so completely top! By bicycle, you can reach the beach in 15 minutes. Corine is a good host, she responds very quickly and is very hospitable.

We were very satisfied, large bright apartment with lots of room for us and our dog. Even for our wheelchair driver, almost everything was available. We'd love to come back.

The cottage is packed with amenities. The kitchen design is very complete, from coffee maker to wine extractor, everything was there. The beds are of good quality, everything was clean, in short recommended for those who want to stay in this area for a shorter or longer period of time. Sabine is a friendly and thoughtful host.

Peaceful and plenty of space

What fun interactive communication before, during, and after our stay! The reception was very warm, the hospitality "dropped off". Nothing too short of comfort and the decor is very tasteful and executed with beautiful materials. As far as we are concerned: a very highly recommended!!

3 moms with 4 kids had a great weekend here with the kids. Such family-friendly houses are rare. Everything was very clean and tidy. It would be important to know that you need oversized bedding for the double beds.

We often come to Knokke using Airbnb and this apartment has a lot of assets: an excellent location 100 meters from the beach, a short walk to the main convenience supermarket and shopping street, plenty of space in the apartment (it's a duplex) and especially a very beautiful and spacious terrace with sea views. We enjoyed having breakfast with the family outside to the cries of seagulls and the sound of the waves. Ann was very responsive and considerate throughout our stay.

Marc is very friendly, responds very quickly to Airbnb and also private. Brought things we missed right away and gratefully took tips we gave. Definitely a location to go to, close to everything!!

We had a very pleasant stay. In the apartment, everything was present. The baby cot was even ready upon arrival. Also a perfect location. Quiet yet close to the center. Also the contact with the host went very smoothly. In short, recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a nice holiday in Ostend.

Spacious and bright apartment (7th floor, large bay window). 3 minutes from the beach and pedestrian streets of the city center. Clean, quiet and very pleasant. Veerle is very responsive and friendly. Recommended, great place to spend a few days in Ostend. And to visit Ghent (45 min drive) and Bruges (20 minutes)

The apartment is just as pictured! There is a basic equipment in the kitchen and there is also basic equipment in the bathrooms (hair dryer, straightener, soap, tampons, etc.). The garage is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment, however we were able to park the car right in front of the house to load and unload. The garage is narrow, but still easy to use and very useful as there are only a few public parking spaces available. The view of the sea is outstanding! Communication with Sara is friendly and quick

Great stay, close to the beach.

We had an amazing time in the apartment. Everything was nice and clean and well equipped. Location was great, shops, restaurants and beach all near by. Would definitely come back!!
