Relax in the hot tub, hike, Bring your ATV’s/UTV’s - ride for miles down local backroads. Plenty of space to park your boat or trailer. Sweet Country Cabin: Sandstone!

Remote and secluded, Sandstone sits on a hill that was the property’s quarry, where the old-timers split the mountain’s sandstone rocks to make the foundation stones for their cellar and house. Their excavation holes are visible from the cabin. We thought that was so cool, so we carved out a place for Sandstone too! This cabin is on a hill: a peaceful piece of WV heaven that will comfortably accommodate up to 4 memory-making guests! Furry friends welcome with $95 pet fee.

Stay in the masterfully crafted Lemuel Chenoweth homestead along the rippling Tygart river. Built in 1857, this 2nd floor suite offers antiques furnishings, a private entrance, master bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and mud room. It has a queen bed, dresser, large porch with views of the river, a clawfoot tub with shower, sink, toilet, and a well stocked farmhouse kitchenette with a double induction cook top, sink , fridge and more. Driftwood Cabin is 2.25 miles from the entrance of Holly River State Park and 1 mile from Holly River Grocery. We have an abundance of fishing, hunting, hiking, horse trails, four-wheeler trails or simply kick back and read a book.
