Restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy and supermarket are within easy walking distance.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Cozy nest with forest view :-)

Our modern furnished apartment with balcony is located in the attic of our house with great views of the forest, a larger pond on the edge of the forest and a small pond right in front of the house in the garden. Pure nature and relaxation are guaranteed - hiking, biking or just relaxing! Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Mainz and Wiesbaden can be reached in about an hour by car. A car is highly recommended - there is hardly any connection with public transport.

You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Cute farmhouse from the 18th century with garden

In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "the Ima," a cottage built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many conversions and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms ( 2 with doors and one with curtain), plus fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many many books. My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.
