The place is nice for large crowds. the place was clean and tidy. the swimming pool is added bonus. kids will love it there.

stone was adorable!! Secure place with enough room to accommodate the vehicles ,we were a little more than expected it was not a problem. The accommodation is very cozy the bedding is comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, small stove for conviviality... perfect! the stone house is on the same land but our host was very discreet with total respect for our tranquility. the terrain and the garden are very large and conducive to privacy. in short a very pleasant moment we highly recommend!!

Our stay at Olivia & Dom's place went wonderfully well. The space is impeccable. Very clean, charming, easily accessible by metro and tram from Paris. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with the ability to park a vehicle easily. Shops nearby. The garden and spacious terrace are pleasant. Perfect for a large family.

There's nothing missing from this charming pavilion. Spacious, tastefully appointed, it can accommodate a family. Located in a quiet area, rather close to the train station (5 min by car or 1/4h by bus), there is easily a parking space nearby. Thank you to Pierre, owner who is attentive and responsive to our requests. We recommend this rental.

We stayed at Mathilde's place on two separate occasions in Dec 24 and Jan 25. Communication before arrival was prompt and clear. When we arrived we were met by Mathilde's assistant, Kathleen, who gave us the key and made sure we had everything we needed. She even brought us new coffee capsules later that day. The apartment was quite large (for Paris). We found it clean and well furnished (we were specifically looking for an apartment with a crib and a high chair for our son). There is a large living area that gets tons of sunlight from the many windows. Not too much happening in the immediate surrounding area, but Montmarte is just a short walk up the hill. Getting to more central parts of Paris usually took us about 20-30 minutes by metro or taxi. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly recommend this rental!

This was the third time over nine years that we have had the great good fortune to stay in Claire's sublime apartment on rue de Lévis. The first time was with our then 11-year-old son; and the next times were just the two of us. Claire is extremely helpful , welcoming, and kind, and her apartment is beautiful, clean, and situated on what might just be the best street in Paris -- which is saying a lot! Her very large and wide 5th floor terrace, with a long outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a wide awning, overlooks a street where cars mostly do not go; so people casually stroll along the dozens of delicious food stores and restaurants and cafés, as well as other clothing and specialty stores, making the whole experience seem from another, happier, world. There is a calm and a joy, both inside and outside, from the moment one shows up. We are sad to leave, but cannot wait for our next visit!

Pascal and Laetitia are amazing hosts, offering a warm and welcoming experience. They took care of every detail to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to hospitality and availability are remarkable, always ready to give helpful tips and make sure everything goes smoothly. The accommodation is very well located, it is certainly not very large but well arranged and it will perfectly suit a couple and also their guests occasionally. This was a great and spacious place for us (a couple). Disclosure, I love staying in the 11th! The local area is vibrant, you are right by cafes and supermarkets and restaurants and a really good fruit and veg store. When you walk out the door you are literally at the metro entrance, with easy access to everywhere - or you can walk.... The apt. was very quiet at night - also thanks to electric shutters on the windows facing the street. Tons of hot water. Good towels. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed well equipped. A place to return to!

we stayed at Charlotte's place as a family of four and had a great time. The apartment was very handy for us as we arrived in the evening on the Eurostar so wanted somewhere quite accessible with two younger kids (8, 10) and it was only a 5 minute walk amd getting access was really easy. The apartment was well sized for us all and had everything you would need for a short stay. It's a lived in family apartment which suited us perfectly but if that isn't your thing might not be the place for you. There is an amazing bakery just next to the apartment where we got our breakfast from every morning and a great restaurant (Casimir) just next door too. Easy access to a number of metro lines and a 15 min walk up to Montmartre. Overall a cracking place, in a good location for a stay in Paris. Would recommend!

Had a lovely stay at Anne-Laure's flat. Check in was super easy; Anne-Laure was both communicative and flexible. The flat is an artsy and cosy space, with a very sweet and friendly cat. I adore the area, there are so many good places to eat and drink. The street is busy and vibey and full of life, which is what we signed up for. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

We had a great time. everything was very clean and comfortable. Private parking is a plus. access to the metro 12 in 5 minutes on foot. nearby a crossroads, a Burger king and a playground that really pleased the children. if there was something to say: limited kitchen equipment: no bottle opener, one or two necessary kitchen knives and lack of large coffee cups (we left 2 as gifts😁). I recommend this apartment to families with children ( even small) everything is very convenient. Thank you and look forward to it 👍

Antoine was very helpful in setting us up for our stay. The apartment is clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lot of techy equipment. The apartment had all the amenities and utensils we needed.

The hosts were quick, clear, and helpful in all their responses. There’s also a detailed guide with all the instructions – very convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant, with a great location not far from Paris. We definitely recommend this place!

Marianne’s place is so perfect. Great vibes. Location is amazing! Walking distant to tons of shops, parks and incredible restaurants. The bed is super comfortable with a great balcony view that brings in beautiful natural light. Everything was super smooth and Marianne was very helpful and sweet!
