The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

We generate more electricity per year through our PV solar system than we actually consume for heating and cooling. We heat our domestic water via an air/air heat pump.
