This unique accommodation is part of an old farmhouse, located on the outskirts of Maastricht. You will stay in the middle of nature just 15 minutes by bike from the center of Maastricht. The apartment, which is set up as a loft, is beautifully designed and finished with beautiful and durable materials. You can use the lovely natural swimming pool that is available in summer and winter, located in the large (shared) garden. The hustle and bustle nearby and the peace and nature immediately available :)

This 60 m² studio, located on the 4th floor of a recently built apartment building, features a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, a private sauna, a balcony and fibre-optic Wi-Fi. A 10-minute walk from the centre of Liège, 1 minute from Parc de la Boverie and its museum, and close to Médiacité and Liège-Guillemins train station. Late check-out available (€15 per hour, subject to availability). Secure parking available on request (€15/night).

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Have the privilege of staying in our cottage without neighbors in the heart of the countryside in a quiet setting and in a warm atmosphere, ideal for recharging your batteries. A pond is present and can be crossed with a pedal boat in summer. It is essential to come with a vehicle equipped with snow tires in case of snow. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.

The living area of the house is upstairs, located under the roof on the 3rd floor. (living room, kitchen and bathroom with bath). This gives you unobstructed views of the meadows and the beautiful Limburg countryside.
