Our cozy, bright penthouse apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, a living and dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without any problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 minutes., University 15 minutes, Exhibition grounds about 7 minutes.

Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! The apartment has a double boxspring bed and a comfortable convertable Couch. So two people and maximum 2 children or 3 adults can be hosted.The kitchen is fully equiped with Senseo coffee machine, toaster, water boiler, coffee pads, spices etc. Towels and bed linnen are included as well as fresh fruit and different beverages.
