This beautifully furnished apartment is the perfect base for your time in Würzburg – ideal for tourists, friends or business travellers. Thanks to its proximity to the main train station, travelling by train is particularly convenient. The banks of the Main, the congress centre, the city centre and the Würzburg vineyards are all within easy walking distance. A highlight is the lovingly furnished balcony with wonderful evening sun – perfect for relaxing after an eventful day.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Welcome to our modern and quietly located apartment with two separate bedrooms and private entrance. The apartment was only completed in mid-2024 with a lot of passion and, in addition to the cozy furnishings, of course also has all the amenities of a new building. The apartment invites vacationers, families or business travelers alike to linger. Margetshöchheim is located directly on the Main River, opposite Veitshöchheim, about 7 km from Würzburg.

Lean back & relax in peace on the sofa, the bathtub or with a glass of Franconian wine on the balcony after a long sightseeing day in the nearby city of Würzburg, 8 km away, from a hike on our ILE panoramic hiking trail or a bike tour on the Main bike path. You can get a refreshment from the TV in the bedroom with a freshly brewed tea or coffee from the machine. Cook for yourself or let the Italian, Indian or Turkish restaurant on site spoil you.

Our quiet apartment is located on the outskirts of Kist, just 15 minutes away from downtown Würzburg. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels and all the essential toiletries are included, so you don't have to worry about a thing. The good transport links, proximity to the A3 and A81 as well as shopping facilities in the village make your stay even more comfortable. In addition, a bus stop is only 350 meters away.
