The very well equipped apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible via a staircase with separate entrance. The sunny 3 room apartment has 85 square meters, a balcony with a magnificent view of the Rosenstein. Ideal for business people, fitters or small families, the apartment is conveniently located near the B29. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

With a walk of only 20 minutes you can reach the train station (or in 5 minutes by car), which makes the apartment ideal for city and nature lovers. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.

Small two-room apartment to explore the Ostalb or a home away from home while working at Zeiss, Hensoldt, Leitz or what else the Aalen room offers. Wonderful views of the Kochertal with morning sun in the bedroom ☀️ and mists. The apartment is not accessible. It is located in the basement and can be reached via the staircase of the apartment building.
