The newly renovated 94 m² city apartment, with a large kitchen-diner, dishwasher and bathroom with natural light, is located on the raised ground floor of our beautiful two-family house, which is situated in a quiet side street with its own parking spaces in the middle of Heubach. On the furnished balcony, you can start the day with breakfast or end it in a relaxing way. A bus stop, pharmacy, ice cream parlour, butcher's and 2 bakeries offering breakfast are just 1-2 minutes away. Installers are also welcome.

Die Lage ist in Bettringen, eine Vorort mit wenige Autominuten nach Schwäbisch Gmünd. Zu Fuß erreicht man Tennisplätze mit einen gut geführte Gastronomie. Im Sommer kann man in der nähe gelegene Freibad entspannen. Bushaltestellen sind auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Eine Supermarkt, Gastronomie, Friseur Salon, Apotheke, Volksbank, und Sparkasse sind in der Nähe.

The apartment has an open living/dining area with kitchen, a daylight bathroom with shower. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed. From the apartment you have a magnificent view of the three Kaiserberge and nature right on your doorstep. Despite the quiet location, you have a very good connection to the B29 and are only a 10-minute walk from the train station.

Our cottage is on the outskirts / edge of the forest / cul-de-sac. 15 km to the Ellwangen State Garden Show. The municipality of Abtsgmünd has been a state-recognised recreational area since 2010, meeting the climatic and air hygiene requirements. Lots of hiking bike rides in the area. Our in-law apartment has been renovated 1/25. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. Close to shopping , Pitches in front of and next to the house.

This stylish property is perfect for families and couples. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling, climbing on the Rosenstein and for excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Legoland or the Swabian Park are also not far away! (About 1 hour) There are two bedrooms, one box spring bed is 180 x 200 and the other box spring bed is 140 x 200. The owners live on the ground floor! Towels, sheets and final cleaning are included!
