The newly renovated, 94 sqm city apartment, with large kitchen-living room, dishwasher and daylight bathroom, is located on the upper ground floor of our beautiful 2-family house, which is located on a quiet side street with its own parking space in the middle of Heubach. On the furnished balcony you can start the day with breakfast or end comfortably. Bus stop, pharmacy, ice cream shop, bookstore, small indoor swimming pool, butcher and two bakeries with breakfast can be reached in just 1-2 minutes.

Large apartment at the foot of the Swabian Alb

This stylish place is perfect for families and couples. The location is wonderful for walking and cycling,climbing on the Rosenstein and excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Also Legoland or Schwabenpark are not far away!(About 1 hour) There are two bedrooms, one box spring bed is 180x200 and the other box spring bed is 140x200. The owners live on the ground floor! Towels, linens, and final cleaning are included!
