Bus stop, pharmacy, ice cream shop, bookstore, small indoor swimming pool, butcher and two bakeries with breakfast can be reached in just 1-2 minutes.

Die Lage ist in Bettringen, eine Vorort mit wenige Autominuten nach Schwäbisch Gmünd. Zu Fuß erreicht man Tennisplätze mit einen gut geführte Gastronomie. Im Sommer kann man in der nähe gelegene Freibad entspannen. Bushaltestellen sind auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Eine Supermarkt, Gastronomie, Friseur Salon, Apotheke, Volksbank, und Sparkasse sind in der Nähe.

The very well equipped apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible via a staircase with separate entrance. The sunny 3 room apartment has 85 square meters, a balcony with a magnificent view of the Rosenstein. Monitor (23 inches) and input devices (mouse and keyboard) are provided. From the balcony, there is a magnificent view of the Rosenstein. From this centrally located place you can get to Schwäbisch and Aalen very quickly. Heubach itself has a lot to offer (sights, outdoor pool, indoor pool, Bike the Rock, Altes Sudhaus, ...)

This stylish place is perfect for families and couples. The location is wonderful for walking and cycling,climbing on the Rosenstein and excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Also Legoland or Schwabenpark are not far away!(About 1 hour) There are two bedrooms, one box spring bed is 180x200 and the other box spring bed is 140x200. The owners live on the ground floor! Towels, linens, and final cleaning are included!
