The apartment for fitters and holiday guests with 3 floors and 4 bedrooms has been newly furnished. Separate entrance on the first floor with hallway, wardrobe and laundry room with washer-dryer. On the 2nd floor are the 4 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with shower and tub. On the 3rd floor, there is a large kitchen with adjoining living area and covered balcony. Wi-Fi and parking are available.

The pool is only available during the bathing season, from about mid-May to approx. the end of September (depending on the weather). It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
