The downstairs apartment is available for AirBnB guests. Our home is on the lake in the Foothills of NC with water sports in our back yard. Great atmosphere, views, lake, and R&R. The apartment includes one bedroom (1 king size bed, 1 queen foam mattress), a living room, an entertainment area with pool table and darts. It also has a full private bath. The apartment steps out onto a private lower deck overlooking the lake. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business people, and families.

There are numerous hiking trails and waterfalls. Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain offer skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. Right on the lake. Enjoy the great sunsets unobstructed. Easy access ramp leading to the entrance door. Enter The living room Kitchen area. Two double sliding doors open to the large screened Porch were you can just relax and don’t forget the sunsets. The bathroom has a large walk in rain head shower The two bedrooms have full size very comfortable mattresses. A full size kitchen and a nice eating area. Two docks for fishing or just relaxing. Year round adventure is waiting just for you.

Relax with the family at this completely updated cottage built in the 1940s. Featuring two bedrooms with plenty of comfy relaxing area. The Carriage House is a converted guest house behind a historic home in downtown Morganton. The 1920s structure has restored original finishes : a claw foot tub, vintage bathroom sink, and farm house sink in the kitchen. Downstairs features original wood bead board ceilings. Upstairs the ceiling was removed to expose the roof and beams. Two fireplaces keep it cozy - you'll have a lovely place relax and listen to the rain on the metal roof. Privacy fencing surrounds the fire pit and patio.

This comfy, cute, and stylish family home is located near Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, NC. Under a 10 minute drive to quaint downtown Hickory with plenty of shopping and historical districts nearby. Stay in and cook a warm meal while relaxing indoors or step out outside and have a seat on the bench under the covered front porch. Listen to the birds singing while flying about in the nearby tree. We personally live close to the property and will be available if you need us.

We live in historic downtown Hickory. You will have your own private space located in the back of our home. It is a studio with a kitchenette. No stove/oven and only a beverage fridge. Adjoining your studio is an un air conditioned game room with pool table/ping pong and workout equipment. We have an outdoor shared space with a grill and fireplace. We also have a super cute golden doodle named Louis, who might be inside the fenced area. Please keep all fence gates locked.

The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee also no more than 2 pets allowed. Animals can be no larger than 40 lbs. When you book please select the amount of guest including the pet/pets as guest.
