A beautiful and peaceful place to stay, located near lots of great hiking spots. The mountain view and running stream provided a peaceful atmosphere. The short drive to two towns where there is dining, coffee and groceries, made our stay more flexible and pleasant. The hot tub and starry views were amazing.

The Loverly is truly lovely—you’ll feel at home! With a fireplace, a chaise lounge, a hot tub, and more, it’s the perfect retreat. Plan a shopping day in Hendersonville. The local consignment shop, which supports hospice care, offers great prices. For a meal, check out Shine—known for unique dishes and excellent service. In Fairview, The Local Joint is a must-visit. This old-fashioned diner, owned by a single mom, serves hearty meals that last all day. Their eggs Benedict, with fresh spinach, avocado, and homemade skillet potatoes, is a standout. Watching “CoCo” cook—his energy is unmatched—is an experience! Get there early; we went twice, and it was packed. Consider contributing to The Local Joint’s “pay it forward” option. A $10 donation covers a meal for someone in need. This region of North Carolina was severely impacted by Hurricane Helene. The destruction is heartbreaking, but the community is rebuilding. Many businesses and walking trails remain closed, so keep that in mind.

Beautiful views with great location. Secluded but close to town

Helen was a great host and very responsive to assist and help with any needs or issues. Her home was absolutely beautiful and had amazing views just like the pictures showed. We went during an off season time, but this would be a great place to stay if doing a ski trip as it’s very close to the slopes and little town with lots to do. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed there for a few nights and it was so peaceful and relaxing! It was just like the pictures and Colby and Hilary were extremely helpful when we had any questions. The location was beautiful and I wish we could’ve stayed there longer. I definitely recommend to everyone!

This cottage offers a family friendly, kid friendly, warm and welcoming environment. the home was clean upon arrival. the mountain views are just as in the description. which is a huge plus! The hostess, Emily, stayed in contact from check in through check out and was informative of the stay requirements/expectations. The cost was quite fair and leas than some other local places we had considered when planning our trip. I would recommend a stay here. especially if you have little ones.

This was the perfect weekend getaway from the chaos of the city! Emily and Hunter were amazing hosts and I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the weekend. Everything was as described and we left feeling recharged and stress free! Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect Mountain Getaway This Airbnb was the perfect escape! The location was absolutely stunning, with easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and breathtaking views. The cabin itself was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hot tub was the cherry on top, providing the perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking or exploring. We loved sitting by the creek and listening to the soothing sounds of the water. We made so many great memories here and can't wait to come back!

A wonderful place to relax and get away from the noise of city life and work. It’s clean, neat and you can see the stars through the trees. Surprising find, well stocked pantry and fridge made cooking easy. Host was most helpful and responsive to every question. In summary, can’t beat it, A+.

We have stayed here before, we always feel at home. Roger and his wife are very responsive. we look forward to staying here again soon.

Booked this cottage as a mini getaway to see the Christmas lights in the downtown with my boyfriend and our dog. The cottage was so cozy and relaxing. Kimberly was extremely accommodating and responsive when exchanging messages. My boyfriend and I loved that the kitchen and bathroom were supplied with all the necessities if needed during our stay.

What a cozy little cottage and decorated so fashionable (love that there is Christ centered decor as well!) The cottage was perfect for a weekend getaway! The space is laid out very well! Everything was squeaky clean!

This home was a very peaceful location with abundant windows and views of the lake. Very private with comfortable beds and plentiful bathrooms for our family of four.

Thank you to Tami for letting us book her house for the time we did! It really helped my father out in the aftermath of hurricane Helene. The house is very cute, and has really neat vintage appliances (I love the old fridge!). The area is quiet, the Internet works well, and the house has everything needed for a comfy stay.

Just was the perfect hostess! She was friendly, answered all my questions quickly and made our arrival seamless. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We were immediately comfortable and we were able to settle in quickly. Both the house and surroundings were impeccable and well maintained. Highly recommend staying here!!

We stayed in the Gala Getaway cottage and it was wonderful! The description given by Jennifer was spot on. The cottage is extremely private and clean. Next time we visit the area we definitely hope that the cottage is available as it is close to everything. It is convenient to access downtown Hendersonville, wineries and several apple orchards . It is minutes from highway 26 while providing a quiet peaceful setting. We recommend it to anyone visiting the area

The place is just as pictured. Very charming 3 bedroom and 2 bath with a lovely view of the lake. We had fun fishing from the dock and swinging in the hammock. The neighbors are friendly and the house has all you need. We really enjoyed our Christmas vacation and would recommend it to everyone.

Hidden gem with a fenced in yard for dogs. Lots of little extras and the cleanest place we have ever stayed!!

Lovely little cottage in a holler with creek and privacy. We had some light snow but roads were passable. Great place for small family and close to numerous activities.
